The Board of Directors of AYSV wishes to announce that Ann Yak Siong (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of AYS Capital Sdn. Bhd., which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has subscribed for additional 9,735,663 ordinary shares in 3HA Capital Pte. Ltd. for cash consideration of Singapore Dollar Nine Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty Five Thousand, Six Hundred Sixty Three and Cents Sixty One only (S$9,735,663.61) equivalent to RM31,154,123.55 (“Additional Subscription”).
