Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by PSP Energy Berhad dated 11 November 2025. 

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 11 November 2025 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 21 November 2025. 

In the event there is any change to the timetable, we will advertise a notice of change in widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspaper within Malaysia and make an announcement of such changes on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's website accordingly.
