The Boards of Directors of Daythree wishes to inform that Daythree intends to seek its shareholders' approval in respect of the proposed new shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue and/or trading nature ("Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company.

A Circular to shareholders containing the details of the Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate will be announced and published on the Company's website in due course.
