The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the change of financial year end of the Company from 31 December 2025 to 30 June 2026. The change is necessitated by the recent resignation of the Company's auditors. In light of this, additional time is needed for the new auditors to prepare and audit the financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries. The next set of audited financial statements shall be made up for a period of 18 months from 1 January 2025 to 30 June 2026.
