Reference is made to the Company's announcements on 27 October 2025 and 5 November 2025.
The Company wishes to announce that the parties attended to the Court for a stay of proceedings (Stay Motion) filed in the above appeal which was fixed for case management (CM) today.
Please be informed that during the CM, the parties have agreed to record a Consent Order for the Stay Motion and the Court directed as following:-
a) the Court directed parties to file the draft Consent Order by 12 November 2025, 2:00 p.m.; and
b) the hearing fixed on 14 November 2025 is maintained for parties to record the Consent Order.
