The Board of Directors of CHB wishes to announce that on 13 November 2025, the Company incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, Critical Project Management Sdn. Bhd. (“CPM”), a private company limited by shares with share capital of RM1,000 comprising 1,000 ordinary shares. The incorporation of CPM is part of CHB’s strategic move on project management capabilities for the Group’s critical facilities activities and investment holding activities purposes.

The incorporation of CPM will not have any effect on CHB’s share capital and the shareholding of its substantial shareholders. It is also not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share, net assets per share, or the gearing of CHB for the financial year ending 30 June 2026.

The incorporation is not subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. None of the Directors, major shareholders and/or persons connected to them have any direct or indirect interest in the incorporation of CPM.
