Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 22 June 2023, wherein pursuant to the mandamus order by the Court of Appeal of Malaysia and reaffirmed by the Federal Court of Malaysia on 21 June 2023, Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (“DBKL”) was required to acquire Lot 810 which is under development by Pavilion Integrity Sdn. Bhd. (“PISB”), an 80%-owned subsidiary of Radium.

Following the consent obtained from DBKL on 13 November 2025, the Board of Directors of Radium (“the Board”) wishes to announce that PISB and Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur had on 25 June 2025 entered into a Settlement Agreement to give effect to the acquisition of Lot 810 under Section 47(3) of the Federal Territory (Planning) Act 1982, for a total settlement sum of RM206,663,000 (Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred Six Million Six Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand), subject to the terms and conditions therein contained.
