The Board of Directors of Eden wishes to announce that the Company had, on 11 November 2025, received a compensation of RM2,836,293.00 after accepting the Notice of Award and Offer of Compensation pursuant to Section 16 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1960 dated 8 October 2025 from the Government of Malaysia arising from the Compulsory Acquisition under the Land Acquisition Act, 1960 for the acquisition of approximately 0.7288 hectares (approximately 1.800 acres) of the Company’s land held under Lot 109289 (previously Lot 8911), PN 33488 (previously PN 21372), Mukim Bandar Gebeng (previously Sungai Karang), Daerah Kecil Gebeng (previously Kuantan), Negeri Pahang for the purpose of the East Coast Rail Link Project.

This is a voluntary announcement made pursuant to Paragraph 10.05(2) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
