The Board of Directors of RMH wishes to announce that after due deliberation, the Board had on 18 November 2025, resolved to vary the utilisation of the remaining proceeds of RM6.22 million which have been earmarked for the establishment of a milk processing plant and marketing expenses ("Variation").
