The Board of Directors of CHB wishes to announce that Critical Project Management Sdn Bhd (“CPM”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CHB, (“the Purchaser”) had on 18 November 2025 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“the Agreement”) with the Rimbaco Sdn. Bhd. (“Rimbaco” or the “Vendor”) to acquire two (2) pieces of freehold land and hereditaments known as Lot No(s). 616 and 618, Seksyen 1, Bandar Jelutong, Daerah Timor Laut, Negeri Pulau Pinang held under Geran No(s). Hakmilik 10843 and 10844 respectively measuring an aggregate area of approximately 2,425.619 square metres with a semi-permanent building erected thereon bearing assessment address No. 452/454 Jalan Jelutong, 11600 Penang (“the Land”) for an aggregate cash consideration of RM11,450,000.00 (“Purchase Price”), to be paid in accordance with the terms of the Agreement (“Proposed Acquisition”).
