The Board of Directors of Uzma wishes to update the status of the following Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”):-

1. MOU dated 13 August 2024 between Geospatial AI Sdn. Bhd. (“GEOAI”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and Global Farm Biotech Sdn. Bhd. to collaborate in marketing and sales of satellite-based agricultural solutions, specifically targeting paddy farms in Malaysia.

- The MOU has concluded following further discussions between both parties. It expired on 13 August 2025, and there is no written agreement to extend its duration.

2. MOU dated 13 August 2024 between GEOAI and MIMOS Berhad to collaborate in research and development of information and communications technology and microelectronics.

3. MOU dated 13 August 2024 between Uzma and SIRIM Berhad to collaborate in greenhouse gases emission monitoring, greenhouse gases carbon accounting and environment, social and governance.

- The MOU has concluded following further discussions between both parties. It expired on 13 August 2025, and there is no written agreement to extend its duration.

4. MOU dated 13 August 2024 between GEOAI and Lebtech Energy Sdn. Bhd. to collaborate in marketing and sales of satellite-based leveraging expertise and resources, of local authorities and government agencies in Malaysia.

- The MOU has concluded following further discussions between both parties. It expired on 13 August 2025, and there is no written agreement to extend its duration.

5. MOU dated 20 August 2024 between Uzma Environergy Sdn. Bhd. (“UENV”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and MIMOS Services Sdn. Bhd. to collaborate in research and development of information and communications technology and microelectronics.

- Preliminary activities in relation to the collaboration have been carried out and Parties are structuring detailed implementation programme and structure for the collaboration.

6. MOU dated 20 August 2024 between UENV and Universiti Tenaga Nasional Sdn. Bhd. to collaborate in joint development of product and/or solution in the field of energy management and storage and renewable energy.

- Parties are still in discussion on the potential collaboration.

7. MOU dated 9 October 2024 between UENV and NanoMalaysia Berhad for Facilitation and Cooperation in the Field of Renewable Energy, Research Funding Activities and Knowledge Exchange Activities.

- Parties are still in discussion for the future activities.

8. MOU dated 22 May 2025 between GEOAI, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with Infrasel Sdn. Bhd. to Collaborate in Slope Monitoring and Infrastructure Risk Management in Selangor Using Satellite-Based Geospatial Technologies.

- In progress with exploring Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (InSAR) service opportunities for slope monitoring and infrastructure risk management in Selangor.
