The Board of Directors of Ken Holdings Berhad (“Board”) wishes to announce that St Paul’s Ventures Limited (“SPVL” or the “Purchaser”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company had on 21 November 2025 entered into a sale and purchase agreement (“SPA”) with The Wellcome Trust Limited (”TWTL” or the “Vendor”) to acquire the Property for a total purchase consideration of £5,158,000.00 (“Purchase Consideration”) (“Proposed Acquisition”).
