We wish to announce that HARTA-C2T has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 26 November 2025 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount
= Number of HARTA-C2T x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of HARTA-C2T x (RM1.0200 - RM2.0000) x (1/4.5)
= Number of HARTA-C2T x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM1.0200 was determined based on the average closing price of the HARTA Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised HARTA-C2T will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to HARTA-C2T shall terminate absolutely.
