We wish to announce that TOPGLOV-C5C has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 26 November 2025 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:

= Number of TOPGLOV-C5C x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)

= Number of TOPGLOV-C5C x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM0.5980 was determined based on the average closing price of the TOPGLOV Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised TOPGLOV-C5C will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to TOPGLOV-C5C shall terminate absolutely.
