The Company wishes to announce that Yinson Camellia Limited (“YCL”) and Yinson Tulip Limited (“YTL”), the wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company, have been struck off from the Register of Companies maintained by the Labuan Financial Services Authority pursuant to Section 93(2C) of the Labuan Companies Act 1990 (“LCA 1990”) on 25 November 2025.

Both YCL and YTL have been dormant for the past few years. The striking-off of YCL and YTL is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings, and net assets per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31 January 2026.
