Reference is made to the announcements dated 2 December 2024, 10 February 2025, 27 February 2025, 26 May 2025 and 26 September 2025 in relation to the Proposed Disposal and Leaseback (collectively referred to as the “Announcements”) as well as the circular to shareholders of the Company dated 12 February 2025 in relation to the Proposed Disposal and Leaseback (“Circular”).

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements and Circular shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that PTTLH had, on 26 November 2025, received the remaining Disposal Consideration (including all interest accrued thereon), hence marking the final completion of the Proposed Disposal.
