One Glove Group Berhad ("One Glove" or "Company") - Additional Information on Quarterly Updates relating to the Redeemable Convertible Preference Shares ("RCPS") in One Glove

We refer to the earlier announcement dated 1 August 2024 in respect to the settlement of debts owing to ADA Capital Investments Limited, the major shareholder of One Glove, amounting to RM45,840,000 via the issuance of 191,000,000 new RCPS in One Glove at the issue price of RM0.24 per RCPS.

The Company wishes to announce that pursuant to the letter dated 31 July 2024 issued by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company is required to comply with the additional condition to provide quarterly updates simultaneously with the submission of quarterly report on the following information relating to the RCPS in One Glove: -
