The Board of Directors of CE Technology Berhad ("Company") is pleased to announce that a single tier final dividend of RM0.0005 per ordinary share has been proposed in respect of the financial year ended 31 July 2025 (“Proposed Final Dividend”). The Proposed Final Dividend will be subjected to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 23rd Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company to be convened on a date to be announced later.

A further announcement on the Proposed Final Dividend's payment date, entitlement date and all other relevant information shall be made at a later date.
