Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as previously defined in the earlier announcement in relation to the same.
Further to the Company's announcement made on 27 August 2025, the Board of Directors of Infoline wishes to announce that pursuant to the MOU between University Malaysia of Computer Science and Engineering and Infoline IT Solutions Sdn. Bhd. ("Infoline IT"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, Infoline IT has commenced the intake of interns as at 26 November 2025. This reflects progress in line with the intended objectives of the MOU.
