The Board of Directors of Yew Lee wishes to announce that the Company’s subsidiary, Yew Lee Pacific (Thailand) Co., Ltd., has experienced a flood incident at its manufacturing facility located in Hatyai, Thailand (“Hatyai Factory”), following continuous heavy rainfall and widespread flooding currently affecting the Hatyai district.

The Board wishes to inform that the overall impact on the Group is currently being assessed and to be determined. The Hatyai Factory is adequately covered under an industrial all-risk insurance policy, which includes flood-related damages, subject to policy terms.

The Board will continue to monitor the situation closely and make the necessary announcement on any further development of the above matter.
