Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Paragraph 3 of the Practice Note 11 of the MMLR of Bursa Securities, the Board of Directors of SEACERA wishes to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by Seacera Care Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of SEACERA, pursuant to its ordinary course of business during the quarter ended 30 September 2025 as set out below:
The provision of financial assistance has no material impact on the net assets and earnings per share of Seacera Group Berhad and its subsidiaries for the financial period ended 30 September 2025.
