Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Listing Requirements”), we wish to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Nusajaya Rise Sdn Bhd, a licensed moneylending company (previously undertaken by UEM Land Berhad) pursuant to its ordinary course of moneylending business as at 30 September 2025 as set out below:

Note: * Inclusive of the outstanding balance of the financial assistance provided by UEM Land Berhad, previously a licensed moneylending company.

The above provision of financial assistance had no significant impact on the net assets and earnings per share of UEM Sunrise Group for the financial period ended 30 September 2025.

The details of the provision of financial assistance as at 30 September 2025 pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Listing Requirements are set out in the attachment.
