Pursuant to Rule 8.25(1)(ii) and Guidance Note 4 of the Ace Market Listing Requirement, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided for the financial quarter ended 30 September 2025 to facilitate the ordinary course of business of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Privasat Sdn Bhd, as tabulated below:
The provision of financial assistance as set out above has no material impact on the earnings and net assets of the Group for the financial period ended 30 September 2025.
