The Board of Directors of Privasia wishes to announce that the Company had on 18 November 2025 entered into a Sale Share Agreement (“SSA”) between the Company, Gulf Tide Sdn Bhd (“GTSB”) and Setia Factoring Sdn. Bhd. (“SFSB”) for the disposal of 823,959 ordinary shares, representing 80% of the total issued share capital in Finanshere Sdn Bhd (“FSB”), a 60%-owned subsidiary of Privasia, for a total consideration of RM400,000.00 only (hereinafter referred to as the “Disposal”).
This is a voluntary announcement under Rule 10.05(2) of the Ace Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
