Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(15) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 27 November 2025 received a notice in writing dated 26 November 2025 from RSM Malaysia PLT (“RSM”) of their resignation as the Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 281 of the Companies Act 2016.

RSM was re-appointed as the Auditors of the Company at the Fifty-Third Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 30 May 2025 to hold office until the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company. The resignation of RSM is on a voluntary basis.

With the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of UHY Malaysia PLT (“UHY”) after assessing their independence, capabilities, audit team and proposed audit fees for the financial year ending 31 December 2025 in place of RSM, subject to the Company receiving the written consent to act as Auditors of the Company from UHY pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016.

Further announcement will be made by the Company once the written consent to act has been received.

Save for the above, the Board is not aware of any matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.
