SEG - Notice of Bonus Entitlement

Bonus issue of up to 610,936,571 free warrants in SEG International Bhd ("SEGi" or the "Company") ("Warrant(s) B") on the basis of 1 Warrant B for every 2 existing ordinary shares in SEGi held by the entitled shareholders whose names appear in the Company's Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on 12 December 2025 ("Entitled Shareholders") at an exercise price of RM0.50 per Warrant B

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[EX-BONUS ISSUE]” as from: 11 Dec 2025
2) The last date of lodgment : 12 Dec 2025

Remarks :

The Warrants B will be credited into the Entitled Shareholders' central depository system accounts and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of the Company prior to the listing and quotation for the Warrants B.

The Warrants B will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 22 December 2025.
