We refer to the Company’s announcement on 26 November 2025. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcement.

The Board of Directors of Yew Lee wishes to inform that the overall operational and financial impact of the flood incident on the Group is to be determined, as access to the Hatyai Factory remains restricted due to ongoing flood, road closures and power outages in the surrounding areas. These conditions prevent our personnel from safely entering the factory to conduct the necessary inspection and assessment.

The extent of the impact will be ascertained once conditions permit our team to access the factory. The Company will make the necessary announcement on the outcome of the assessment in due course.
