Pursuant to Guidance Note 4 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of PUC wishes to announce that the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided as at 30 September 2025 pursuant to the ordinary course of business of PUC's wholly-owned subsidiary, PUC Capital Sdn Bhd, a licensed moneylending company is set out in the attachment below.

The provision of financial assistance has no significant financial impact on the net assets and earnings of PUC and its subsidiaries for the current financial year.
