On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 28 November 2025 submitted an application to seek Bursa Securities’ approval for an extension of time of 6 months from 13 December 2025 up to 12 June 2026 for the Company to implement and complete the Private Placement.
