The Closing Price of RM1.39644 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of CMSB shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than CMSB-C63's Exercise Price of RM1.50, holders of CMSB-C63 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised CMSB-C63 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the CMSB-C63 shall terminate absolutely.
