Duopharma Biotech and Mr Chek Wu Kong have entered into a Mutual Separation Agreement for his early departure from his employment and position as Chief Financial Officer, under which his last working day will be on 30 November 2025. 

Mr Chek Wu Kong was appointed as the Financial Controller of Duopharma Biotech Berhad in 2000 and has been the person primarily responsible for the management of the financial affairs of Duopharma Biotech Berhad since 2003. The job description of his position as Financial Controller was redesignated to Chief Financial Officer since 1 January 2012, whereby he continued to be the person primarily responsible for the management of the financial affairs of the Company.
