The Board of Directors of CAB Cakaran Corporation Berhad ("CAB") is pleased to propose a final single tier dividend of 1.00 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 30 September 2025 for the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Twenty-Fourth Annual General Meeting.

The entitlement date and payment date will be announced at a later date.

Further announcement will be made at a later date upon finalisation of the entitlement and payment dates of the above.
