Remarks :

Encik Leonard Ariff's current employment agreement as Group Managing Director of Duopharma Biotech Berhad ("Duopharma Biotech") will be expiring on 31 December 2025. As part of a planned succession and transition strategy pursuant to the Succession Plan of Duopharma Biotech, Encik Wan Amir-Jeffery Bin Wan Abdul Majid, the current Group Chief Executive Officer of Duopharma Biotech, will take over from Encik Leonard Ariff, as the chief executive, i.e., the principal executive officer of Duopharma Biotech, with effect from 1 December 2025.

Encik Leonard Ariff will continue to be a member of the Board of Directors of Duopharma Biotech until the date of expiry of his employment agreement.
