The Board of Directors of PTT wishes to announce that PTTL, a 70%-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 28 November 2025 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with FMX to set out their understanding and commitment to explore mutual cooperation to establish a strategic collaboration framework to explore and implement advanced logistics infrastructure and technology solutions to support FMX’s long-term growth strategy, operational efficiency, and sustainability objectives.
