We refer to our announcement made on 9 October 2025 ("the Announcement") in relation to the financial assistance provided by MMR Capital Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of NEXG Asset Sdn Bhd which in turn a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, a moneylending company, pursuant to its ordinary course of business for the quarter ended 30 September 2025, and wish to clarify that the value of security as at 30 September 2025 should be read as below (please refer to the amendments in bold):-
