Description	ADJUSTMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE EUROPEAN STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER THE ORDINARY SHARES OF 99 SPEED MART RETAIL HOLDINGS BERHAD ("99SMART") ("99SMART SHARE(S)") ("99SMART-C6")
We refer to 99SMART's and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad’s announcement dated 17 November 2025 and 19 November 2025 respectively pursuant to the special interim dividend of RM0.0025 per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 December 2025 (“Special Dividend”). As the adjustment for the Special Dividend does not amount to more than 2% of the Exercise Price and Entitlement being changed, therefore we will not make any adjustments to the terms and conditions of 99SMART-C6. The Exercise Price and Entitlement of 99SMART-C6 shall remain the same.
