The Board of Directors of PIE wish to announce that since the announcements made by the Company on 19 April 2024, 23 April 2024 and 26 November 2025, several servers had been proposed by the customer for PIESB to manufacture but pricing could not be agreed upon. New quotation proposals were submitted to the customer in mid-November 2025. The Board is unable to ascertain when the negotiations will be finalised.
Until there is actual manufacture of servers for the customer, the pricing of which will be considered material to the Group, there will be no material financial and/or operational impact on the Group.
Further announcements on the material development of the above matter will be made from time to time, when necessary.
