Reference is made to the previous announcements on 19 November 2024, 27 February 2025 AND 28 May 2025. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in that announcement.

 

This announcement consolidates the disclosures of the RRPT for the period during which the counterparty became a related party on 26 April 2024 and ceased to be a related party on 26 March 2025. In accordance with Paragraph 10.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements, the total amount disclosed represents the aggregate value of RRPTs transacted during the period from 1 October 2024 to 26 March 2025 within the rolling 12-month period ended 30 September 2025.
