We refer to the earlier announcements dated 26 September 2025, 1 October 2025, 13 October 2025 and 17 October 2025 in relation to the Special Issue. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that it had on behalf of the Company, submitted an application to the SC on 1 December 2025, to seek its approval for an extension of time of 3 months, from 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2026, for the Company to comply with the Bumiputera Equity Condition.
