Miss Elyn Tan Wee Ling is a Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Professional certified by the AFP (U.S.). She is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant certified by the AICPA and CIMA (U.K.). She has progressive experience in finance, accounting, and management across local and international markets: China, Hong Kong, and the United States.

By age 18 she was a Mensa member and Toastmaster. By age 21 she was an associate; by age 23 she was a qualified Corporate FP&A professional. By age 26 she was promoted to director, and in the same year successfully led significant capital raising initiatives. By age 27 she was promoted to Vice President of Finance - the youngest, the only Asian, and the only female vice president in the organization - at a U.S. technology company. By age 28 she established her independent management consulting practice, securing billion-dollar multinational corporations as clients, particularly in the manufacturing industry.

She graduated with Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Accounting from UTAR, having received multiple awards including the Excellent Performance Award, Dean's List, and President's List. Post graduation, she received the Best Leader award voted by Malaysia's 100 Leading Graduate Employers (M100) and graduated from the Young CEO Talent program by Axiata Malaysia. During her tenure in the United States, she completed professional certification programs by Google, IBM, and Microsoft in artificial intelligence, project management, and product management.

She concurrently serves as the Director of Corporate Development ASEAN of HKFAEx Group Ltd, a Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission-licensed asset management company with AUM and custody of HK$5bil. She also leads her own management consulting practice, which advises multinational corporations and offers pro bono services to social enterprises and the nonprofit sector.
