On behalf of the Board, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Board had on 1 December 2025 (“Price-Fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the Special Issue Shares at RM0.45 per Share (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price represents a premium of RM0.0162 or approximately 3.73% to the 5-day VWAP of Farm Price Holdings Shares up to and including 28 November 2025, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date of RM0.4338 per Share.
