The Board of Malpac Holdings Berhad (“MALPAC”) wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 1 December 2025 noted that:

(a) MALPAC had failed to submit the proposed regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval within the extended timeframe of 28 November 2025 as stipulated in the Listing Committees Decision Letter (“LC Decision Letter”); and

(b) the Company has appealed/applied for a further extension of time dated 24 November 2025 ("Appeal").

In the circumstances and pursuant to paragraph 8.03A(3) of the Main Market Listing Requirements and the LC Decision Letter dated 28 May 2025, please be informed that: -  

1. the trading in the securities of MALPAC will be suspended with effect from 9 December (“Suspension Date") even though the decision on the Appeal is still pending.
2. However, the de-listing of the securities of the Company upon the expiry of 2 market days from the Suspension Date will be deferred pending the decision on the Appeal by Bursa Securities.

Further development on the suspension and/or de-listing of the securities of the Company will be announced by the Company in due course.
