The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Silver Streams Technofarm Sdn. Bhd. (“SSTSB”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Privasia through Privanet Sdn Bhd and Privabytes Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Digital Medtech Solutions Sdn. Bhd.), had on 27 November 2025 issued a letter of award, which forms part of the full contract agreement (“Contract”), for Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (“EPCC”) for the proposed 10.06MW IT Load Data Centre and Associated Works in Bagan Datuk, Perak Darul Ridzuan for SSTSB (“the Project”) to Inspur Communication Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“ICMSB”).

(SSTSB and ICMSB hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Parties”).

ICMSB has formally accepted the Contract on 2 December 2025, whereby the full Contract shall be entered into by the Parties within 2 months from the date of acceptance of the Contract.
