The Company wishes to announce that today was fixed for fixed for case management (CM) of the above appeal.

 

During the CM, the Appellant’s solicitor informed the Court as follow:-

  1. the parties had recorded a Consent Order on 14 November 2025;
  2. the Appellant will be filing the Records of Appeal (ROA) within the prescribed time; and
  3. the Court fixed the next CM via e-Review on 26 January 2026 for the Appellant to update the status of the filing of the ROA.
