On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a free issuance of up to 123,106,500 warrants in MClean (“Warrants”) on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 2 existing ordinary shares in MClean held by the entitled shareholders of MClean whose names appear in the record of depositors of MClean on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later  (“Proposed Free Warrants Issue”).
