We refer to the Company's announcement dated 14 December 2023 where the Company had first announced that it is an affected listed issuer pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("MMLR") of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), announcements dated 25 November 2024, 16 December 2024, 30 May 2025, 17 June 2025, 20 June 2025 and all subsequent monthly announcements made pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A of the MMLR on the updates and developments, and the announcement dated 28 November 2025 in relation to an application for a further extension of time to comply with Paragraph 8.03A(3)(B) of the MMLR of Bursa Securities ("Third EOT Application"). Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

The Board of Directors of PBS wishes to inform that the Third EOT Application is still pending Bursa Securities' decision. Further announcement will be made upon receiving the decision from Bursa Securities regarding the Third EOT Application.

The Company will make the relevant announcements should there be any material developments in relation to its regularisation plan.
