We refer to the previous announcements dated 17 November 2025 and 28 November 2025 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the said announcements.

On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities has vide its letter dated 2 December 2025, granted its approval for the listing and quotation of up to 43,216,216 new PTT Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement, subject to the following conditions:

1. PTT and AmInvestment Bank must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements (“Main LR”) pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;
2. AmInvestment Bank to furnish Bursa Securities with details of the proposed placee(s) pursuant to Paragraph 6.15 of the Main LR for review/clearance, prior to the issuance/allotment of the Placement Shares;
3. AmInvestment Bank to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Private Placement;
4. PTT and AmInvestment Bank to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed; and
5. Payment of additional listing fees, if any, based on the market value of the Placement Shares to be listed together with a copy of the details of the computation of the amount of fees payable.
