REDTONE - Notice of Bonus Entitlement

Bonus issue of up to 386,475,942 free warrants in REDtone Digital Berhad ("REDtone") ("Warrants") on the basis of one (1) Warrant for every two (2) existing ordinary shares in REDtone held at 5.00 p.m. on 16 December 2025

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[EX-BONUS ISSUE]” as from: 15 Dec 2025
2) The last date of lodgment : 16 Dec 2025

Remarks :

The Warrants will be credited into the central depository system account(s) of the entitled shareholders of REDtone and a notice of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders of REDtone at the address as per the Record of Depositors of REDtone prior to the date of listing and quotation of the Warrants.

The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within two (2) market days after the receipt of the quotation application for the Warrants by Bursa Securities.
