On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had, on 3 December 2025, submitted an application to the SC to seek a relief from having to comply with Paragraph 9.17A, Chapter 9, Part III of the Equity Guidelines and to extend the validity of the application in relation to the Proposed Transfer up to 31 December 2025. Further announcement will be made upon receipt of the decision from the SC. This announcement is dated 3 December 2025. |
