The Board of Directors of Muar Ban Lee Group Berhad ("MBL" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that Muar Ban Lee Technology Sdn. Bhd. ("MBLT"), a wholly-owned subsidiary company of MBL had on 2 December 2025, entered into Sale and Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") to purchase the following properties for a total consideration of RM9,500,000.00:

i) Industrial Land together with the existing Building held under Title No. HS(D) 21276, Lot No. PTD 1451, Mukim Sungai Raya, Muar, Johor; and

ii) Industrial Land together with the existing Building held under Title No. HS(D) 21955, Lot No. PTD 1476, Mukim Sungai Raya, Muar, Johor.
